This site is interested in obtaining more information on the history and manufacture of stove burners from the individuals and companies involved. It is our belief that these objects like many other industrial parts are statements of a design philosophy, one in which function dominates yet individuality and difference bespeak the human influence behind the design. In addition we will accept contributions of stove burners from individuals of designs we do not already own. Each contributor will be credited on the site.
